Return
We have a 14 days return policy, which means you may request for a return of purchase 14 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition when you received ,which means it's remain unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request for a return, you can contact us at ladiessquarecony@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an instruction on how and where to send your package to. Please do not send our item to us without requesting a return, Ladiessquare will not accept that as a valid request.
Customers must contact Ladiessquare prior to the requesting for the refund and return process. Customers will be provided with a return reference number and return address before sending out the item. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Shipping fee is non-refundable.

We have a 14 days refund policy, which means you may request for a refund of purchase 14 days after receiving your item.
We will notify you once we received and inspected your returned item(s), and we will let you know if the refund status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please reminded that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
